By accessing or using FeelSay, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing FeelSay with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

FeelSay creates one-of-a-kind musical memories based on stories, photos and audio you provide. Because each song is uniquely produced for the customer, our policies (previews, delivery, refunds) reflect the personalized nature of the product.

You share your story and details through our guided interview, review your submission, and complete payment. We then produce your song and deliver it via your chosen format (link, QR keepsake, download, etc.).

Every customer is entitled to a Free FeelSay Preview — a short sample based on your story so you can hear the direction before paying. This preview is free of charge and non-obligatory.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By placing an order, you authorize FeelSay to charge the applicable amount for the selected package.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Standard delivery is typically within 3–7 business days after order confirmation. Complex or rush requests may vary. We will keep you informed if timelines shift.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate story details, spellings, names and dates.
• Ensuring you have the right to submit any uploaded photos or audio.
• Reviewing preview and drafts within reasonable time to allow revisions.
• Using the final song within the license terms.

The FeelSay brand, website, design, code and content are owned by FeelSay. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without written permission.

Each FeelSay song is licensed to you for personal use, sharing and social media, in line with our Copyright License. Commercial resale or redistribution requires separate written permission.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because each song is personalized and produced on request, refunds are only available in specific circumstances outlined there.

Orders may be cancelled before production begins, typically within a short window after payment. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible. Contact support as soon as possible for any cancellation request.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeelSay is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.

Your use of FeelSay is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
