1. Free Preview Process
Before paying, you can request a Free FeelSay Preview โ a short sample of your song based on your story. The preview is designed to help you confirm the direction before committing to a paid order. There is no charge for the preview and no obligation to continue.
2. When refunds are available
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
- Your payment was successful but no order or preview was ever created.
- The final delivered song materially fails to match the confirmed brief due to an error on our side, and we are unable to correct it after reasonable revisions.
- Order cancelled before production has started.
3. When refunds are NOT available
- Change of mind after the final song has been delivered.
- Errors in details you supplied (spellings, names, dates) after approval.
- Subjective creative preferences that were not shared in the original brief.
- Delays caused by incomplete information or unresponsiveness from the customer.
4. Razorpay payment processing
All payments and refunds are processed through Razorpay. Once FeelSay initiates a refund, Razorpay routes the amount back to your original payment method (card, UPI, netbanking, wallet). FeelSay does not hold your card or bank credentials at any point.
5. Duplicate payments
If you were charged twice for the same order, contact us with your order ID and the Razorpay transaction IDs. Duplicate charges are refunded in full, typically within 5โ7 business days.
6. Failed payments
If a payment failed at your bank but the amount was debited, Razorpay auto-reverses the transaction within 5โ7 business days per bank policy. If the amount is not returned within that window, share the transaction reference with us and we will coordinate with Razorpay on your behalf.
7. Refund timelines
- Approval: 1โ3 business days from receiving your request.
- Razorpay processing: immediate after approval.
- Bank credit: typically 5โ7 business days depending on the issuing bank.
